Current Available Positions at our Canine Point facility in Ban Don, Phuket:
1) OPERATIONS MANAGER:
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our canine resort. This role is pivotal in ensuring our resort runs smoothly, providing exceptional service to our furry guests and their owners. The ideal candidate is a hard-working, personable individual who thrives in a client-facing role, loves dogs, and is proficient in both English and Thai. The position is open to both Thai and Foreign Applicants, however, please note that Thai language fluency is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, ensuring a high standard of service and care for our canine guests.
- Handle bookings through our online system, manage phone calls, and efficiently deal with client inquiries.
- Conduct tours for new clients, showcasing the resort and explaining our services in detail.
- Confirm check-ins and check-outs, addressing any client questions with professionalism and warmth.
- Work closely with our team to ensure tasks are completed and standards are maintained.
- Assist the General Manager (GM) with various administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the resort.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, enhancing their experience and encouraging repeat visits.
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and Thai.
- A genuine affection for dogs and a welcoming attitude towards all our guests and their owners.
- Proficiency in using online booking systems and a good understanding of IT. Training on our in-house system will be provided.
- Ability to work flexibly, managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality environment is advantageous but not essential.

2) GROOMER
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Dog Grooming Professional to enhance our grooming team. This role involves performing a variety of grooming services, including bathing, drying, nail trimming, and fur trimming, to keep our guests looking their best. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team, contributing to a friendly and professional grooming environment. This is a full-time position, but with the possibility of flexible scheduling for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive grooming services such as baths, fur trimming, nail trimming, and ear cleaning, ensuring each dog’s safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with the central desk to manage grooming appointments, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely service.
- Engage with dog owners to discuss grooming needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service and care.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and sanitary grooming area in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Use a variety of grooming equipment proficiently, adjusting techniques as needed for different breeds and sizes.
Requirements:
- Proven grooming experience with references to demonstrate skills and reliability.
- Familiarity with a broad range of grooming equipment and techniques, capable of handling dogs of all breeds and sizes.
- Excellent team player, able to work effectively within a team environment where bookings and client interactions are managed centrally.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in engaging with clients to understand and meet their grooming expectations.
- Flexibility in scheduling, with availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- A deep affection for dogs and a commitment to providing gentle and attentive care.
